Why is my account suspended

    My account is still showing suspended. I can't login

    Your account was suspended because of one of your forms: https://form.jotform.com/81807541784161 has a field set to collect Social Security Numbers which is against our terms of use.

    I have gone ahead and removed the field and then reactivated your account.
