Infusionsoft: Need help with Dynamic Tagging in my LCS Intake Form

Hi, I have an intake form that I'm using to intake people into different programs.  Depending on which program the person chooses, I need to apply a tag in Infusionsoft to indicate that person is in that program.  I have set dynamic tagging and have the hidden tag selections in the form but I can't figure out how to set the condition that applies a certain tag.  Can you help?

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to conditionally send submission data to Infusionsoft integration. Unfortunately it is not possible to conditionally send the data to Infusionsoft integration. 

Please note that when you integrate your form with Infusionsoft and map your form fields, the data will be sent to those mapped fields. Please check the screenshot below:
