I have added a link to my form on my website but I am being redirected to a different URL

    On my website I copy and paste https://form.jotform.com/HBMin/literature BUT

    when I click on it in the website it goes to https://form.jotform.com/81075788112156

    I have taken it out several times and republished etc. but it still does the same.

    www.hbmin.org/projects then go to literature and click on the "Provide Training Material" button... 

    What could be the problem?

    I found the problem I think. It was in Safari... cleared history/cookies... works now.
