    Hello,

How does this work?  Which pricing plan would allow me to encrypt the information entered?

    Thank you

Form Encryption is a feature that allows you to encrypt all the data submitted to your form, by using a Public-key cryptography method (specifically the RSA algorithm). This system generates two keys: a public key and a private one, for the purposes of encrypting and decrypting the data submitted to your form. Only you (or who possesses the private key) will be able to access the data submitted to your encrypted form.

This system adds an extra layer of security to your data but could also pose an issue if you lose the private key, (used to decrypt submissions) since there's no way to access your data without the private key, once you encrypted it. Encrypted forms are available to all Jotform users (as well as for the ones in the Free Plan)
