Failed payment through Blue Snap

    Hi there,

    Bicycle Colorado received an email from Blue Snap saying that a recurring payment through Jotform failed.  What is this payment for?  There was very little info in the email and want to make sure it's legit.  Thank you.

    You have a recurring monthly subscription with Jotform and it was renewed recently. July 10,2018. I tried check your mail logs for the email but I can't seem to find it. Does the email have an invoice id we can check with?
