Purchase Order Payment: Why was my account not upgraded?

     We have upgraded but are still getting limited use what is happening?

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

    I have checked your order number in our processor since it was a purchase order so it would take 15 business days for the upgrade. You will be upgraded and notified once we receive the payment.
