    I have tried several times to reset my password on this account. I need access immediately to forms and submissions but I am not able to do so currently. Please have someone send me a password reset so I can resolve immediately. I am still able to log in to the mobile site but not on my computer.

    I have sent you a reset password link into the email you have provided.
