Hi, in the settings section i have selected a 'recipient' email to receive notification when the form is submitted. However, neither this nor my email address linked to my jotform account is receiving a notification. help?

The email address (pintos-sa@outlook.com) is on our bounce list. That's the reason why you're not receiving the notification email.
I have removed the email address from the bounce list. Please test your form again and let us know if the issue still persists.
