How can I attach a domain to a username input?

    Hello. I am using a form for university purposes. I want students to be able to input just their university username (ex adm307) and when they submit the form, it will send a confirmation email to username+@zips.uakron.edu 

    I want the form to be as simple as possible, as many student will be passing around an ipad and filling it out. Having students just input their username and and having the domain added automatically will expedite the process. Thanks!

    Hello,

    You can use Form Calculation widget to combine the values and forward it into Email field, which is used for Autoresponder:

    On the screenshot above, I have used the widgets for both Username and Domain fields. Last one is populated with the domain you mentioned. 

    The next conditional statement would help you to pass the combined value to Email field:
