Sub USer

    Hi,

    I declared two sub users. But i don't understand how to give us the possibility to consult the soumissions. 

    Is it necessary for them to create a new free account to be connected to the main account ?

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    It is necessary to sign-up to start using JotForm as a sub-user.

    Regarding your question about submission priviliges, make sure you checked view submissions checkbox when creating a sub-user.
