How to split the information collected in the Input Table while integrating with Zapier?

Hi, as I use Zapier integration to update my databbase, in the filed matching process the INDIVIDAL questions in the EVALUATION SLIDER do not show so I cannot map them to my Databse field.

This is a major problem.

Any ideas how to solve this?

I tried several other Zapier replacements (Integromat and others) but still get the same problem.

It seems that the data coming from Jotform is the issue...

The field showing up in your screenshot is actually an Input Table element which is handled as a single element so it's not possible to split the information while integrating with third party apps or downloading reports. 

If you want to have each slider handled individually then you will need to split the element in the form builder, I mean, you will need to add one Input Table per slider and display one slider at a time. 

We may request a feature request for this as well, although we cannot provide an ETA or ensure this will be developed, we would keep you updated via this thread, let us know if you would like the request to be opened.
