What should I do when people are getting a bad gateway message after submitting my form?

    I cloned your form to test it and was unable to reproduce the issue.  I was able to submit the form without any errors.  Is the form embedded to a web page by any chance or is there a specific way to reproduce the issue?  Let us know what you can and we will be happy to look in to this further.

    Thanks for help but I am still getting 502 bad Gateway error and I'm not seeing the submitted screen or receiving a confirmation email. When I look at submissions I can see they are being accepted. Could the lack of email be due to lack of GDPR confirmation? The form does ask permission for using the data but does it in Slovak. Graham

    I checked your form and was able to reproduce the issue.  From what I can tell, it is likely one of the widgets in the form.  Try updating or removing one or both of the terms and conditions widgets to see if that allows for submitting the form.

    Thanks for the help, I removed both the widgets and the form is working again.
