Thank you! Ok, next question- on the Appointment slots widget- let's say someone signs up for for one of the spots, then cancel it- how do I put it back to it's original amount available?
For instance- someone signs up for the 8 year old drummer spot.. so the form will then say "FULL" for 8 year old drummers. But then they cancel, so I need to set it back to "1 spot available". How do I do that?

You will need to update the widget in the Form Builder and add one spot. Here's a screencast guide sample:
