How subscription pricing works on JotForm?

I just wanted to know how does this work also do yall have a refer a friend program if yes how much would i get if friends sign up under me also how much would my friends get for signing up also i would like to know exact amount not percentage please 

We don't have referrer program, just existing plans that you can check here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing.
