I am being charged by Jotform but I longer use Jotform services

    Hi,

    I'm being charged by jot form and don't have any services with jot form. Can you please confirm why I'm being charged?

    You sent us an email regarding the same matter and you've mentioned the account that you are previously affiliated. The account has been upgraded an hour ago. However, the charged is only $351, not $470.

    I cannot find any other account under your email or any account related to "NIFHA", so please check again the actual charge(s).
