Can the same submission form be submitted it twice?

You can achieve that by creating a custom URL that a submitter can receive in Autoresponder (or you can receive it in Notifier) so they can click it and open the same form with pre-filled data.

An idea is to create a URL that will collect all fields values from your form and create an URL that, once clicked, it will bring you to the same form with the same data filled.
