can we block forms being filled in from Russia & China - all our business is only in the UK - or can you block messages that contain http links or images?
further can we block the uk domain @bark.com

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not have an option to block some inputs on all of forms, but you may consider creating conditional statements checking the input and to hide the Submit button in case of a match:

I can assume that you refer to some kind of spam submissions. If so, you could also try adding a Captcha to your forms: How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field. Of course, it causes some inconvenience to respondents, but helps to protect your forms against spammers and spambots.
