I cannot seem to get my form to go live.

    I cannot seem to get my page to go live.  It states at the bottom we have met capacity...

    I just sent this to myself as a test and it still says that orders cannot be accepted.

    I have tested a cloned version of your form and I was able to submit the form without any issues.

    May we know if you have embedded your form into a web page?

    Can we test a submission using your form?

    When I publish, the posting at the bottom states, “! Thank you for your order, but we cannot accept orders”

    I think you're currently using this form: https://www.jotform.us/form/81765845984173. That's the reason why you're getting the "Thank you for your order..." error message.

    Please use this form: https://www.jotform.us/form/82005368184153. After that, please contact us again if the issue still persists.
