Perform calculation with Spreadsheet to Form Widget

I have another issue with this widget. I couldn't make the calculation work for it, I finally create another form and use the prepopulate function to make it work.

Here's how to perform calculation http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form. When fields are populated through the spreadsheet to form widget, the calculation will be automatically triggered so meaning the fields will be automatically calculated.
