Form notification not arriving in email

Hello,

I've been trying several forms using templates and have setup several different working email accounts to be notified when a form is filled out and I'm not receiving any emails no matter what email I use.  So I never know when a form is filled out.

They are showing up in the Submissions page of my account but the emails are never sent out

On the form here: https://form.jotform.com/82184126033146 I see that you have an autoresponder and notification setup. Please check your spam folder to see if the email was sent there. On checking your account history here: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/history, the logs show that the emails are being sent out. Make sure you select the email filter so you can only see email activity in the history.
