Help on uploading image to a form I created

    I have completely created my form and now I am trying to upload the images to it.  Every time I upload an image, it does not appear on the form.  I am spending too much time on something that should be very easy!  Please Help!

    Apologies on any inconvenience it might caused. Can you please provide us some more information, so we could check it properly?

    I can see an empty image element on your form. I have tested uploading an image through it:

    What is the size of the file you want to upload?

    Also, if you face any difficulties uploading images from your end, I can suggest to host the image on any 3rd party resource and insert a link to it into image field:
