We have not made changes to our account, but just received a message that our account was 'upgraded to Bronze'. Please explain - we do not wish to add cost or services.

I have checked your account and your subscription auto-renewed on Aug 8, 2018. Our system implements auto renewal when you are subscribed to a paid plan.
May we know if you do not want to subscribe to Bronze monthly anymore and would like to cancel the subscription?
We will wait for your reply.
