How can I continue a form multiple times before it uploads to dropbox?

I have a form set up for our shop to use as a service report for repairs on equipment, and repair projects are always completed in multiple phases over the course of days/weeks. I have the form set up with edit links in the notification emails my team receives so we can continue the form at a later date once we receive customer approval to proceed, and it works beautifully. I am now wanting to integrate my form with dropbox so the completed forms upload automatically. However, I do not want the forms to upload until they are 100% complete.

Is there a way to use conditional logic to make this happen? In other words, is there a way to submit and edit the form as needed until a box of some sort is checked at the end of the form saying "I'm done, and ready to send to the customer" before it uploads to my dropbox?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We cannot apply conditions to the integrations.

However, the integration is triggered on submission edit actions as well. For example, if you use a 'Submission Id' without a date as a subfolder name, the submission PDF filename will be always the same, and it will be automatically updated on each submission edit.
