I cannot login to my account

    Hi, I cannot log in to my account. It is a Google Drive Integrated account, and I'm not sure if this is the issue.

    I do not want to lose the forms that I have created.

    The email address should not be a problem  if you were able to create the account. I can see one related to the email address you used to open this forum thread, please kindly follow this guide to reset your password: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password
