No encuentro el Formulario

    Hola 

    Necesito con urgencia el formulario del URL https://form.jotformz.com/81964074133659 no lo encuentro en ningun lado 


    espero su pronta ayuda

    The form you provide was deleted. I checked your account history logs and you Purged that form from the Trash folder today.

    If the form had submissions they are deleted as well. 

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore the Purged forms, so I can only suggest you to create a new form.
