I just did the rest for rroberts to my robyn@silverhawkfinancial.com email. I have not received any email to reset the password though.

You can reset your password in your account profile https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
Or you can ask for a password reset link by using the forget password. The reset link would be sent to your email address in the account.
