How can I change an existing account to non profit?

Hi,

I volunteer at a school and created a personal jotform account to accept the donations. My form was recently disabled as we had exceeded the number of free payments. I would like to upgrade to the basic subscription and avail of the 50% non-profit organization discount. 

If this is not possible, then is there a way to transfer my existing form to the new account?

The organization for which you volunteer can open an account, and apply for the non-profit pricing: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/ 

Then, you can let us know what the account username is, and we can transfer the for to that account. If you would still need to have access to edit the form, they can share it with you as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
