Print icon does not work

    Nothing's happening when I click on the printer icon inside a response in my inbox.

    Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue you are referring to. When I clicked the "Print" button in the Submissions page, the Print Wizard pops up. I have tested this in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

    Please try to log out from Jotform and restart your browser. After that, log back into Jotform and try it again.

    May we know what browser are you using? Is it possible for you to test it using another browser? If it works on another browser, then you can clear the cache of the non-working browser.

    Also, please try pressing "Ctrl + P" or "Command + P" and check if the browser's default Print Wizard will appear.
