Jotform Issue in Chrome browser

    We have had several clients contact us as they have been unable to complete our jotform due to the check box section above the submit button not showing up when viewing in the Chrome browser.

    Is there anyway to fix this?

    Can we have the form URL of the form in question?

    Unfortunately, I am unable to recreate this error on my end. I have tested the form on Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and the checkbox is showing on the form. Please provide more detail if possible, was the form accessed on a specific device?

    I believe the customer was using the Google chrome browser on her phone.

    I have tested the form on mobile too and the checkbox shows on Chrome for Android devices:
