    Hello,

I have integrated my authorize.net and jotform but wanted to set up some conditions if possible.

I wanted so that if the card was declined for straight up problems such as the user not having money on the card or bank shut the card down. That the payment part of the form then disappears.

I want it to stay though so the user can fill it out again if they transposed a number in any of their information.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I am not sure if I understand your question correctly.

For Authorize.Net incomplete submission payments should also appear on the Incomplete Payments Inbox. This way if there was an issue with insufficient funds or other, you should receive a submission as Incomplete Payment:

Can you please provide us some more information on what you want to set up?

So when a user gets an error returned to them for whatever reason lets say the bank shut the card down. I want to set up a condition on the form that would then make the payment input fields disappear on the form so they can't fill it out again.

I don't want this to happen with every error message though. If the user accidentally transposes their card number, I want them to still be able to edit the input fields on the form to resubmit.

    Does that make more sense?

Unfortunately, there's no way to set up the conditional logic based on bank response. You may consider adding a question to check if user needs to pay and based on the answer to show/hide the payment field: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

There's also an option to require the field conditionally:

    Hope this helps.
