Logo won't print on published form

    Hi,


    I've added a logo to the form but we like to print it out and give the customer a copy of the form some times.  The Logo displays on the published form but when we print it, it does not come out.  Can we set it so that it will print the Logo as it looks online?

    Is this issue related to the following form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/82262554173355?

    On my cloned form I saw that the logo image is shown inside of the Form Builder but not when the form is previewed. To resolve this issue open the Advanced Designer and inside of the Form Cover tab set the width and height of the logo image.

    You can also add a logo to a form using an Image field.

    I also noticed that your form does not have a submit button. Please note that your users will not be able to submit your online form if the form does not have the submit button.
