Submitted a form about a Job Offer

hello I had a request for my information regurading a job. My not sure if his real or not. Can you help?

It looks like the form that you submitted is used to collect personal information in exchange for a fake job offer. We have suspended the account that owns the form.

You're welcome! The submission data that was collected will no longer be accessible. The account will remain suspended and there is no way they can access the submissions page of the form.
