Different submission options

I am looking at upgrade options for my form and have a question regarding the upgrade.  If I upgrade to the $19 per month plan will I be able to set up multiple notification conditions? Such as if one location is selected it goes to 1 distribution group, but if another is selected it goes to another?  Also is there a limit on how many of these can be set up with the different subscription levels?

With the free account you can only add one email notification and one recipient email address, either through the email or conditions wizard.

Now, if you need to add multiple email recipients and email notifications, then you may upgrade to any of the paid plans, there is not a limit on the number of email notifications you can add, there is only a limit on the number of recipients you can add per email notification and autoresponder, here are the limits: 

Maximum Number of Recipient addresses on an Email Notification: 30 (thirty)

Maximum Number of Recipient addresses on an Autoresponder: 3 (three)

These limits are the same for all the paid plans.
