    I received a reply from an email I sent to a company on website I dont want to create anything on your website I just want my message how do I get my message

    The form https://www.jotform.us/form/81754438576166 you submitted was created by one of our users. 

    If you have any questions regarding your order, you need to contact the owner of that form. You can do that by replying to the email you received when you submitted the form or you can try to find some other contact info on the website where the form is embedded.

    If you don't need a JotForm account, you can delete it from the Profile page.
