I'm trying to edit my jot form but I cannot get access

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You have one form "CJz Travels Booking Form" in your account and you should be able to edit it without any problem. 

    Do you get any error message when you try to edit form or you are not able to see the form when you sign in to your account?

    If you are unable to see the form, I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and see if the solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to clear your browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    I can see the link, but when I click on it nothing happens.

    Please try the following:

    go to your MY FORMS page > click the form you wish to edit > then click EDIT FORM. The form should be opened at Form Builder:

    That's the problem. When I click on the form nothing happens

    Please try to clear your browser cache and cookies and log in to your account again.

    Also, you may try using different browser. I can not see any problems with your account on our side.
