Copy of the JotForm user contract

Hello,

I'm working with our insurance company to make sure we are covered in all relevant areas. Once such area we're looking at is cyber security. Can you please provide me with the JotForm user contract that we signed so I can review it and take necessary steps to ensure we are protected correctly?
