Running ID and Preview Widget hiding possibility?

I have 2 questions:

1) Is there a way to add a running number as an ID for a request .

2) I want the Preview button.. but only when the form is initially submitted. When I send the edit link for the approver.. I want them to be able to submit directly. It is showing the preview in both cases.

1) Yes, you could use Unique ID widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/autoincrement that will auto increment (with unique numbers).

2) Unfortunately, it is not possible to show Preview before submitting option conditionally. It will show on each submitting.

You could try with Random value generator widget:

You can set it to be only numbers and how many characters.

And it will be visible in the form.
