This form has exceeded its allocated quota error message displayed

Once you hit the register button on my site it takes you to this message.

form over quota. I am in my prime season and need this fixed immediately.   Error message is. This form has exceeded its allocated quota. Please help.

Are you referring to a form that is owned by another account? Can you tell us the correct Form URL so we can check the exact reason why you are getting the error message you showed us?

I have checked the form and I see that it belongs to another account.

The account that owns a form has a free subscription. Upon checking the account exceeded its allowed monthly payment submissions limit. Accounts on a free subscription are only allowed to collect 3 payment submissions in a month.

The limit resets every first of the month. Please refer to this guide for more information — Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-Limits

If you need to have more than 3 payment submissions in a month, I would suggest that you upgrade your account — How-to-upgrade-my-account

How can we switch the free account to the silver account that I have paying

Do you mean to move the forms from the other account SaintLawPSR to your account americasmajesticmiss? If so, the transfer request needs to be placed by logging into the other account so that we can proceed further to move the forms.
