    Hallo,

    leider kommen wir auch mit zurückgesetztem Passwort nicht mehr in unseren Account stratum_lounge. Die Meldung: Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED

    Was können wir tun?

    It seems that you have imported a form that created a login form that is why our system automatically suspended your account.

    I have now deleted this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/82311892441353 and activated your account again. You should now be able to login.

    Now my account is available again - but a form we created on your
    platform has vanished. the form still works here:
    https://www.stratum-lounge.de/wunschliste/. i don't know, if it will be
    sustainable. Anyway we would like to restore this form in your platform.
    (Otherwise we never could alter the form.) Could you manage this?

    The form you mentioned is on a different account loungestratum. If you have the logins to that account, you can access it and make edits to the form.

    In addition, you can log in to the account and make our request on the forum to have the form transferred: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account
