How can I use multiple users to add detail to the same form.

Is there a way that I can use this form to allow multiple users to add their piece to this form.

Eg I have created a corrective and preventative form. I fill in some of the detail that is relevant to me but I need to pass it on to somebody else to complete before I submit it to the Quality Dept.

Can I do this.
