Confirm if email is real

Hello,

How can we check if the email of the form submitted is real in our job applications.  

Is there an opt-in function?

Before or after completing the form, the applicant should be obligated to confirm his/her email address.

To truly verify if an email address is an active address, an email validator widget can be used:

The widget sends an authentication code to the address entered and the user need to enter that code in the field in order to complete the field.
