    THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUBMISSION.. WE ONLY WANT THAT EMAIL TO BE USED FOR THIS PURPOSE ONLY AND NO CONTCT AT ALL THROUGH THAT EMAIL. IS THIS AN ISSUE

    Sorry, but I'm not sure I understand your concern. Do you not want to receive any email notification or email from Jotform? Also, would you mind sharing to us that email address?
