Question about asking a video link from respondents

Hi,

I had an issue where I was suspended from my account for a section wherein artist were asked to include a video link and password to the link if applicable. The person who assisted me said that I can't ask for "credentials". I just want to confirm that it is ok to ask for a video link, so long as I don't ask for the password.
