Our testers cannot submit the form

    Hello


    We have a competition page which opens at 12:00 AM Saturday 1st September (less than 4 hours) and several of our testers can not submit the form. We have tried via iPhone, android phones, tablets, PC's and Macs. 

    Some can, some can't submit with no consistency.

    There two fields on your form that can cause the error. Here are the fields:

    1. The user needs to select the correct date.

    2. The user also needs to select 5 option to submit the form properly.
