Downloading to PDF - Lines are jumbled and overlapping

I down loaded to a PDF and there are lines on top of text and weird spacing.   

How do I correct that?

Please note that some elements are not compatible with the PDF fillable version of the forms, I can see your form has the signature widget and although you're using an HTML Text element you're inserting the divider using some HTML code, this is not supported on the PDF fillable report. 

I would recommend you to kindly check the guide below in order to know which elements are compatible with PDF fillable forms, you need to edit your form in order to avoid having conflicts while downloading it as PDF.
