Form embed code is not working.

    Hi,

    I've ran into a huge issue with Jotform. This doesn't make any sense to me.

    I have Bluesnap integration, and was able to get around $5,000 in in orders today with Jotform (first day using it to process orders, and I purchased the $39 plan) -

    However, I noticed inside of my Bluesnap account there were zero sales. 

    So I double-checked, and it seems like every time a submission goes through on Jotform, they automatically get redirected to my thank-you page, even if the actual credit card didn't process.

    Then, I tested it out with my own credit card, and put an incorrect security code on purpose, and it still went to the thank you page!

    It literally doesn't even verify the credit card to see if it's a real card.

    So at this point, we have $5,000 in client orders that think they actually purchased and received our product, basically for free.

    This has me really stumped and not sure what to do - and we have a lot more traffic coming in to purchase.

    I would really appreciate any help or comment on this.

    Update: So I just found out this is only happening on "embed" code.

    I tried the form outside of that, and it is detecting an incorrect security code.

    However, we have an order form outside of Jotform that has the embed code that Jotform is giving us, and experiencing this issue.

    That sucked, but I think I fixed it.

    I just tested out with an "iframe" instead of the "embed" code and it's working.

    There may be an issue with the embed code on Jotform's side that's causing this issue

    The issue could be a script conflict between your site's code, and the form's code, that is the reason using Iframe embedding method is the best option when you faced issues like this one.
