Form deleted together with the submissions

Hi my whole jotform deleted!  so much data lost?  can i retrieve it?

If you have deleted your form, there is still a chance that you can restore it. Please refer to this guide for more information — How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

Note: Purged forms can no longer be restored.

However, if the form submission in your form is what you are referring to, I'm afraid that it is irrecoverable.
