    Hi,

We have several users completing forms remotely on mobile devices. They are complaining that they fill out the form and when they submit it, it bounces back and deletes all of the information they have added previously.

Can anyone suggest a reason for this?

    Thanks

Apparently upon testing, I was not able to replicate the problem you have explained. Can you share us the URL where they are trying to fill up the form and do a submission?

I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue.

However,if you have missed a field your user will receive this error.

Your user can just click the Go back link and they can edit the form again. It won't delete the previous information filled.

    Thank you.

The latest feedback on this is that the form didn't seem to like a photo being added. When the submit button was clicked it crashed out and all of the form data was lost.

Is there anyway of completing the form offline first?

    Hello,

I have checked your form and can see that it already has the Autofill option enabled, which saves the progress to users browser local cache. When the form is opened again from the same browser, the fields should be filled.

I have tested your form with mobile device and it was submitted without issues when uploading a photo:

If your form is embedded on a web page, we can check it too if you provide us the link.
