How do I unsubscribe from Jotform?

We no longer require Jotform's services, and wish to unsubscribe from your service. I cannot see how to do so.

I have checked your account and see that it is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription plan. It looks like that you have already cancelled your subscription. The account is now scheduled to downgrade to free at the end of the current subscription period i.e., on Sep 29, 2018 and you'll not be charged again for this account.
