If I upgrade to a new level do I get the 30 days from today?

If i upgrade to a new level do I get the 30 days form today??  Because it says per month put I am into the 20th of the month and went to start my month today

If you upgrade, for example, today, your billing date will be the 20th of October. So it is a month from the date of purchase.
